Do you want to improve how you understand your audience? Have you been tasked with evaluating a program or exhibit but need help getting started? This course is for you!
Visitors are critical to museums and informal learning organizations, but there’s often little time and money to invest in understanding who they are and how they engage with your organization.
This means evaluation often gets skipped or rushed. A survey you spent hours preparing might only get a handful of responses, feedback forms might be collected but are never shared with the right people… and ultimately, nothing changes.
Visitor studies – and training on how to run them effectively – are the solution!
Take this course on its own, or as a prerequisite for Analysis and Presenting the Data, where you’ll learn how to analyse the data you’ve collected and effectively share the results.
