Already know what you want to evaluate but need help getting from idea to action? I work with you and your team to make a Visitor Study Plan for you to implement on your own.
This includes drafts of data collection tools such as surveys or timing and tracking sheets, ready for you to pilot.
You are responsible for the data collection itself and have the option of bringing me back in to do data analysis, writing and reporting results.

Complete Visitor Studies
I lead the entire visitor study process. We establish the scope and goals of the visitor study together and I take care of data collection, analysis and reporting.
You will receive a final Visitor Study Report outlining the process and results of the study including recommendations for next steps.
